After sending the transaction request to the seller , you have a period of time to complete the payment before the transaction is cancelled automatically (time varies according to the way the transaction is paid). At this time, you need to complete the payment and press the mark payment completion button. The seller will receive your payment notification, and the digital asset will remain in the escrow until the seller sees payment in his / her account and releases the digital asset to you.

If you have paid, but did not mark the completion of the payment before the end of the time window, please contact the seller through the transaction. Send a message to the seller and explain the reason why you failed to complete payment within the time window.
